Bircher Museli

Trying to keep things interesting to maintain a healthy diet is ever so important so I thought I’d share my new favourite breakky recipe.
Sunday night I put 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of water into a bowl and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning I added cinnamon, yoghurt, nuts and grated apple. On top I decorated with shredded coconut and strawberries! For a first attempt it was pretty good but I found the water didn’t make it appetising so last night I put almond milk in instead.
The results were amazing! So much more creamy and delicious!
