Mid Afternoon Slump

So its about 3pm, the “mid afternoon slump” your hungry, tired and want to go home.

A great pick me up snack I have fell in love with is tzatiki dip with cucumber and capsicum. Its yummy, easy and just the thing to get your through the rest of the day.

So cure that three thirtyitis with a yummy guilt-free snack. Your body will thank you for it.
