Rimmel London Oh My Gloss Review

Hi Guys,

So today I am reviewing something which I am super excited about because I am absolutely in love and am obsessed with and that is the new Rimmel London Oh My Glosses!

Rimmel London Oh My Gloss Review

These glosses are a new range Rimmel London has brought out and these are absolutely on point. I have the shades Snog, Pin Up and my absolute favourite Purr… Glossy Cat but I honestly will be looking at going back and purchasing the full range that’s how much I love them. Now let me tell you a few reasons why..

Rimmel London Oh My Gloss Swatches

(Swatches top to bottom: Purrr… Glossy Cat, Pin Up, Snob)

  1. The texture – lip gloss texture for me can be a bit hit and miss as some formulas I find too sticky and others are too matte and drying which often leads to flaking. Which is why I absolutely love the Oh My Gloss range as they are the perfect texture. Creamy but not too sticky and also super moisturising.
  2. The applicator – I don’t like the paint brush lip applicators and the Oh My Gloss range uses the doe foot applicator that I like making it apply like a breeze.
  3. The colour range – Rimmel London has created a gloss range with 8 colours so there is really something to suit everyone. From a completely clear gloss to apply over any lipstick to a dark red gloss.
  4. Staying power – Unlike lipsticks, lipglosses typically don’t have good staying power. They budge easy and tend to move around on the lips which is why I was super impressed with the staying power of Rimmel’s new range. Whilst I did not get the full 6 hours the glosses claim to have, I find I get a good 3-5 hours use from one application which is fantastic.

Rimmel London Oh My Gloss

Rimmel London’s new Oh My Gloss range is a massive hit it in my book and I cannot wait to purchase the full range so that I can add it to my collection. Maybe a swatch post when I do? I think so! Well that’s all from me lovelies, see you next Monday for another post.

Until next time..
