So I often get compliments about my hair and that’s not only credit to my amazing hair dresser I have been going to for over 10 years but also a good haircare routine. So today I wanted to review a few different shampoo and conditioner combos I use and love. I will have three categories, an under $10 a bottle, under $20 and under $30. So there should be something to suit everyones budget. Lets get straight into it..
Under $30 a bottle
So REF. hair products were recently introduced to me and I am in love. The REF. Repair Shampoo and Conditioner ($29.00 for 300ml bottle) are amazing salon quality products which you can buy from www.luxbc.com. Whilst they are a step up in price from your drugstore hair products you step up tenfold in the quality of the products. REF. have four types of shampoo and conditioner sets available (repair, colour, volume and moisture) but I picked repair as it is perfect for not only colour treated hair but also dry damaged hair. This set helps to reconstruct and renew damaged hair restoring health and shine. Also, this shampoo and conditioner smells like lollies, by far the best smelling shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I am obsessed with REF. hair products lately and am in the process of trialling more from their range so keep an eye out for a future post talking about my hair styling tips where REF. products are sure to be included.
Under $20 a bottle
Back in June I did a review on Fudge Hair products and some of you would already know another favourite of mine is the Fudge Violet Toning Shampoo and Conditioner ($19.99 for 300ml bottle). Whilst I am not a true blonde anymore (died my hair darker for the winter season RAGRATTTS!) I still have quite a lot of blonde streaks in my hair and use this shampoo and conditioner set to tone my blonde hair to make it ashy. This is the perfect shampoo and conditioner set for a blondie or even anyone with an ombre look wanting to ensure they get rid of brassy yellow tones. This product has salon quality properties and is better than any other purple toning shampoo and conditioner set I have purchased from the salon.
Under $10 a bottle
So if you read my latest empties post you would know I am a huge loyal fan of the L’Oreal Elvive Re-Nutrition shampoo and conditioner ($6.55 for 250ml). Not only does this product help my oily roots/dry ends hair type its also extremely affordable. I have been using this shampoo and conditioner set for at least three years and this has been a holy grail in my hair routine. It smells divine and really does help nourish my dry damaged hair. Over the years I have tried multiple shampoos and conditioners, a lot further damaging my hair which is why I am hesitant to try new shampoos and conditioners. However, I have finally found the three perfect shampoo and conditioner sets which suit my hair type and keep it healthy, shiny and hydrated.
So there you have it, my top three shampoo and conditioner sets, a set to suit every budget. Have you ever tried any of these sets?
Until next time..
