So recently I attended The Doll Connection beauty blogger/vlogger event is Brisbane and as one does for these events, I glammed up. So today I wanted to show you how I created my look for the event as I got quite a few compliments throughout the day for my makeup.
So excited to share this post with you guys this week. If you follow me on social media you would have already seen that I have recently gotten a makeup geek order. Shock horror I know, late to the party as usual. But Alas, I am at the party and now I never want to leave. These shadows and blushes are to die for and I am already ready to make another order to grow my collection even further.
So let me walk through with you guys what I got and do a few swatches. I got a Z palette, 2 blushes, 2 foiled shadows and 8 standard shadows.
So back for another empties posts. If you have followed my blog for a while now you would know that these posts are not only my favourite to write but my favourite to read. This is because I love knowing what people have gotten the whole way through and their opinion on whether they would repurchase the product or not so here goes..
So I have been trying to stick with a post once a week on a Monday morning but I thought what the heck its hump day and I want to share something with you that I have recently decided I wanted to start doing and thats .. project sample! So waaaaaaayyyy back in May last year I had a post where I went about using up a number of samples I had.
I am back from my 6+ weeks travelling yay and hopefully I will be back to a regular blog routine asap! As soon as I get over the jet lag lol!
If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen I created a full makeup look using only Covergirl and MaxFactor products (plus brows and cheeks as I didn’t have any Covergirl or MaxFactor products for these areas). So let’s get into how I created this look..
So today I am shining the spotlight on one of my favourite haircare brands, actually scratch that, my FAVOURITE haircare brand: Fudge. Fudge was created so people like you and me can ‘express ourselves’ and I have been using fudge hair products to create crazy colourful looks for years. My hairdresser stocks Fudge and it’s how I get my quirky hair fix when I want a pop of colour through my ends. (more…)
