Today I am bringing you my Cherry Culture haul. I was so nervous and didn’t know if this order would ever come because I waited over a month for the goods to arrive but they all arrived safe and sound! It’s all NYX cause I’m NYX obsessed atm except one Milani lip product – fruit punch (heard so many bbloggers rave about it so I had to try it!).
I have a confession…. I am an online shopping addict and cannot control myself! I feel like there needs to be more support groups for this kind of thing haha!
But my downfall if your good luck as today I am bringing you a haul!
All these goodies were purchased from Beauty Joint which is an amazing online cosmetic retailer that ships internationally. This is where I like to get all my drugstore products like elf/NYX/KleanColor as its so much cheaper than it is in Australia (for NYX) and most of the other products are not even available for purchase here.
So not long ago it was Black Friday. This day isn’t significant to us Aussies but it is for us Beauty Shoppers its means SALE TIME! So this is what I picked up when Sigma had Free Worldwide Shipping on Black Friday! I have harped on about Sigma brushes to you guys so many times before but seriously if you haven’t already PLEASE go check them out here their products are flawless. You can get 10% off using promo code “DEC2013” and if you spend over $30 you get a free gift! Mine was the e25 blending brush, how awesome is that! So here’s what I picked up! Did you pick up any goodies from the Sigma sale?
(Ignore the large powder brush – that was a Xmas gift for my sis!)
Without a doubt I can admit to you guys that I am one of those people that gets obsessed with things. Right now its makeup. Six months ago it was nail polish. During that obsessive phase I collected probably 100 nail polishes. I mean, I still love my nail polishes but makeup is my current obsession. So as a crazy obsessed makeup freak I did what any crazy lady would do and went and bought some more makeup. So this is just a quick haul to show you what I got.
Until now I had never owned any benefit cosmetics so I thought its time I opened my collection up to this amazing brand. I have heard so many good reviews (on here and on yourtube) on the POREfessional primer and the high beam highlighter. So I bought the full sized POREfessional but decided to get the high beam as part of a pack as is came with a blusher, lip gloss and the infamous rose tint. I am so excited to try out these products and write a review but I just wanted to show you guys this mini haul quickly! Did I mention I got a free masacara?! That’s right Myer’s highest selling product was thrown in for free when I bought the other two products, so I am stoked about this! Will post a review soon and will include swatches so keep an eye out.
So last night I went out for Thursday night shopping with a friend and we found ourselves in Priceline. Not even kidding we would have been there for like an hour so I just wanted to share quickly the products I got.
Firstly, I got the L’Oreal true match foundation because I had heard so many beauty guru’s on YouTube rave about it. I put it on this morning and so far so good. It is very light on the skin but the coverage isn’t as good and I hoped. (Side note: if you were wondering I got shade W2 and it was $24.33 on sale)
Secondly, I picked up eyebrow gel. Never used a product before so it was weird when I first applied it but I definitely like it.
Thirdly, I got an essence lip gloss. Its a nice nude colour so I cant wait to try it out.
I also got three amazing nail polishes. I swear I have way too many but they were only $2.75 and they look so fresh and bright so how could I refuse.
Last but not least,I got a Manicare blending brush. Haven’t used this one yet so cant wait to see what its like!
Haven’t posted in a while so I thought I should get back on it. I wanted to write a haul post, never written one of these before so forgive me if I’m not doing it right.
David Jones had a 50% off sale on Rimmel London so being a makeup obsessed crazy lady there was no way I could pass up the offer.
I bought their match perfection foundation in fair ivory and the stay matte powder. The rest were freebies the nice lady chucked in! How great are freebies!?
Just also doing a quick review of these products – love love love the stay matte powder however I unfortunately found that the liquid foundation didn’t have enough coverage. As for sunscreen protection this baby is SPF 18 which makes it very beneficial to use as an everyday foundation which is great for your skins health!
